- Support students in their transition from Reception to Year 1, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous teaching experience in Key Stage 1
- A passion for early childhood education and creating opportunities for hands-on, creative learning
- Strong understanding of phonics, early literacy, and numeracy strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
