7+ years' experience of presales management and/or payroll presales experience across APAC region (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam); BPO/IT services industry with relevant domain experience preferredEY grade/level: Manager (Rank 32)Specific duties/responsibilities:
- Key contributor and leader in deal generation, qualification, win strategy, value proposition, end to end bid management, commercial review, solution presentations, negotiations, contracting, pilot testing, point of contacts and transitions - full lifecycle of pursuit, supporting sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge and enabling revenue engines and sales
- Understand client requirements through interactions with clients as well as operational leadership level teams.
- Engage in the consultative selling process, gaining customer acceptance based on the communicated requirements of solution
- Delivers olution presentations, demos and client visits
- Develop Global Sales Center of Excellence for centralised and standard collaterals, go-to-marketing support, data banks, assets, capability credentials, outside-in competitor and market benchmarking, research and insights, etc. for sales enablement efforts and initiatives
- Design and execute streamlined innovative bid management processes, and cost-budgets,
- Oversee and manage the bid team, including managing, mentoring, training and guidance, conducting appraisals, goal setting, validating quality of submissions etc.
- Develop and maintain synergies with different functions, departments globally to produce unified services and solutions
- Excellent communications and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, stringent deadlines, prioritise effectively and multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents to highly professional business language
- Team & result orientation - ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment with different stake holders at various levels
- Understanding of service delivery models and pricing models will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office/Office 365 tools
- Amenability to do hybrid work set up (More than 2 days per week) in Mckinley West Taguig
