- Working closely with students who have SEN and SEMH requirements and ensure their progression remains on a targeted level.
- Help the pupils completed the set work to the best standard possible.
- Keep focus and attention levels high to allow for the group to remain on task.
- Alongside the supervision of the current teacher, monitor and control behaviour.
- Keep a positive and nurturing nature throughout the lessons.
- £350 - £450 paid weekly through PAYE.
