Company Overview:I am currently assisting a leading and one of the largest FM service providers with their ongoing search for electrical maintenance engineer to work on high end, commercial office in the heart of the City.
  • Salary Range: £45k-£48k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
  • Location: Static - commercial building in central London
  • 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off
Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
  • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
  • Building maintenance systems
Requirements: * NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th/18th edition
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
