- Degree in design or related field
- At least eight years of B2B design experience
- At least three years of management experience
- Have mastery of the following domains (as least two): graphic design, corporate branding, video production and editing, website design, illustration
- Must be comfortable collaborating with others, skilled at translating feedback into action
- Strong project manager skills; comfortable setting expectations with stakeholders
- Experience in product design a plus
- Design experience across various formats, including print, web, video, email
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Creativity and ability to think differently a plus
- Knowledge of large corporate enterprises and visual identities that appeal to our audience
- Lead and manage the organisation’s visual identity ensuring alignment with messaging
- Recommend and develop new visual brand standards and guidelines, including for any subsidiaries or acquired companies
- Manage and guide design team in numerous projects, including event collateral development, email marketing, digital ads, content marketing, and more
- Project manage/oversee design team outputs
- Be up-to-date on the latest design trends and styles
- Collaborate across departments to ensure teams access and use latest materials
- Collaborate across departments to create sales and CS enablement components, including proposals, slide templates, one-pagers, videos, and more
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure strong product and feature visual representation
- Maintain design aspects of corporate website
- Recommend visual content that complements marketing campaigns
- Guide design projects across various formats, including print, web, video, email
