We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and outgoing individual to join our client's team as a Hotel Receptionist. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests and diners warmly, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and diners in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle online bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Attend to guest requirements promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional overtime.
