- Conducting surveys of lifts in the portfolio twice a year, ensuring regular intervals are maintained.
- Carrying out comprehensive surveys that cover maintenance quality, emergency autodial unit function, lift performance, customer concerns, insurance items, health and safety liabilities, and performance and reliability upgrades.
- Updating clients on any obsolete parts and advising on equipment that is coming to the end of its life.
- Completing standard template reports on-site.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate cost issuance to clients.
- Liaising with the maintenance team to highlight maintenance and insurance defects.
- Lift qualification: NVQ or equivalent (ERO202).
- Knowledge of various lift equipment, both old and new.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm.
