Annual salary: up to £34,500.00Multi Skilled Operative –Bathroom Fitter.Gillingham - KentFull Time, Permanent 42.5 Hours per week.Salary up to £34,500 + Company Van and fuel card.With 30 years of delivering market-leading repairs, refurbishment, fire safety and building maintenance services, Mears is trusted to deliver in excess of 6,000 housing repairs daily to a portfolio of more than 1,000,000 homes nationwide.About the role:Due to expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative – Bathroom Fitter to join our team.You will have a certified core trade and complimenting this can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing Adaptation works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.As a bathroom fitter you will have extensive knowledge of all aspects of bathroom renovations. You need to have a keen eye for detail, be willing to work hard to complete each project on time and within budget. You need to have a professional approach to the tenants and Client.Role Criteria:
Must be able to plaster to a good standard including whole walls/ceilings
All aspects of plumbing are essential
Carpentry Experience
Tiling Experience
Polysafe Vinyl flooring
Decorating Experience
UK Full Driving Licence
