He has entrusted us to seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager oversee the opening of this new restaurant in the heart of Buckinghamshire.
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a seamless service.
- Implement and uphold high-quality standards
- Monitor and manage staffing levels, ensuring a well-functioning team during each shift.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Manage shifts: coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Managing the 'take-out' service as well as the restaurant diners seamlessly.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant/Pub.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- In-depth knowledge of service standards.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with an eye for detail
