- Collaborate with Monterrey engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, materials panning, and logistics teams to support aftermarket parts requirements.
- Provide project management leadership. Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage relationships with local and global suppliers for aftermarket parts support on assigned projects and provide monthly updates on sourcing progress
- Develop and conduct RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Analyze supplier responses. Lead supplier negotiations, and select suppliers that meet or exceed Terex requirements for aftermarket parts business.
- Coordinate with aftermarket category managers, and cross-functional teams in managing aftermarket engineering changes, new product/program releases, supplier business transitions, and inter-company parts support, to ensure successful product launches and continuity of parts supply for aftermarket.
- Drive continuous process improvement and business simplification in aftermarket parts business for long-term success.
- Travel to supplier sites as needed to evaluate supplier capabilities and investigate new opportunities
- University degree with a focus on supply chain, business, or equivalent combination of education
- 3 years supply chain/procurement experience.
- Experience in aftermarket parts sourcing is a plus
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Technical savvy and able to read technical drawings, specifications, and applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills plus high proficiency in MS Office products
- Required language: Spanish and English (verbal and written). Italian is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to travel (approximately 25%)
