• Good understanding of Taiwan and regional content and policy context.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Occasionally draft relevant policy related materials, including but not limited to internal notes and meeting briefings, as well as materials for external use.

• Plan, manage and coordinate vendors/partners to execute policy programs and projects related to integrity and innovation priorities, including business integrity, content integrity, AI outreach programs.
• Manage integrity escalations with a fast turn-around time, provide data and content driven insights, and coordinate with XFN to drive solutions.
• Occasionally draft relevant policy related materials, including but not limited to internal notes and meeting briefings, as well as materials for external use.
• Support projects of other cross-functional teams on needed basis

• Good understanding of Taiwan and regional content and policy context.
• Demonstrated interests in new technologies and policies in support of human rights, innovation and digital transformation for both public and private sectors
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven and ability to handle complexity under stress and various timelines.
