Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Plywood industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of the Uttar Pradesh market.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
