BIM Coordinator

• Leverage your 3-5 years of BIM experience to develop detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Utilize your project management skills (minimum 1 year of experience) to stay organized, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to integrate BIM models seamlessly.
• Apply your knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM/3D modeling best practices to create high-quality models.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction management processes and SMACNA guidelines.
• Interpret and translate blueprints/drawings into actionable BIM elements.
• Generate clash-free Navisworks models from CAD/Revit files for comprehensive BIM coordination (proficiency in Navisworks a plus).
• Take ownership of your work, troubleshoot problems, and proactively find solutions.
• Manage day-to-day VDC/BIM tasks, including clash detection, to maintain smooth workflows.
• Actively participate in client coordination meetings to resolve issues, build relationships, and ensure project success.
• Process change orders and update project status within designated systems.
• Assist colleagues in troubleshooting and resolving Revit/BIM application challenges.
