We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:

Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.

Requirements:

Fluency in French language (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
You live in Aveiro or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

full time contract with Portuguese employer
830€ gross x 14 months or 968€ gross x 12 months
Complexity bonus of 20€ / month
Performance Bonus - 140€ / month
Meal Allowance (net) 7.23€ per day
Transport allowance - 20€ per month
