  • Utilize tracking tools to manage partner forecasting and monitor partner performance.
  • Handle partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful and profitable deal closures.
  • Oversee a portfolio of partners, focusing on developing their business sell-out, growth, and margin.
Qualifications:
  • Native in German
  • C1 proficiency in English
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Previous experience in a Channel environment; familiarity with partners and distributors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective telephone and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, utilizing negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time management skills to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities in decision-making.
  • Capable of establishing and following an individual action plan to meet goals, while employing appropriate strategies.
