- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective telephone and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, utilizing negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time management skills to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrates innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities in decision-making.
- Capable of establishing and following an individual action plan to meet goals, while employing appropriate strategies.
