- Process payments across various financial platforms.
- Maintain and organize payment records.
- Organize and distribute invoices and statements.
- Conduct AR reviews and cleanup.
- Prepare reconciliation and month end documentation.
- Warmly greet visitors and manage our organization's correspondence.
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional office and reception area.
- Supply Management, ensuring the team has all the tools to conquer the day.
- Engage in special projects, lending your expertise and enthusiasm to exciting initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Financial Acumen and understanding of foundational accounting principles.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Can work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Amazing organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous Accounting Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great attitude and play well with others.
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract.
