- Host kick-off meetings to facilitate strategic conversations, aligning with Digital OKRs, defining scope, deliverables and success measures.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to flawlessly execute projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor day-to-day project lifecycles, ensuring timelines and resource allocation align with project goals.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Conduct efficient resource and capacity planning.
- Report on project progress in a manner that is measurable.
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure stakeholders are consistently informed and equipped with up-to-date project information.
- Undertake your work in alignment with an Agile methodology.
- Work effectively with international and diverse project teams participating from multiple locations.
- Report on obstacles or issues that represent a risk to project success, including escalation when a project has gotten off schedule or expanded beyond the agreed upon scope, while working with the team and proposing a solution to management as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience with digital-first teams, including UX, Visual Design, Product Management, and Web Teams, managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Accurate, systematic, and methodical working style.
- Strong listening and superior relationship-building skills.
- High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and persuasion skills.
- Agile methodology minded, being flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
- Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, mediation, and team-building skills, possessing diplomacy and business judgment.
- Experience working both independently and in a collaborative team environment is essential.
- Flexible during times of change.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus (ClickUp, ADO)
- Understanding of digital technology.
- Experience working in lean/agile environments but agnostic to approach
- Experience with data visualization techniques
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
