As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- The overall day-to-day running of the care home.
- Ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
- Conducting staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinary procedures.
- Understanding and working with budgets and KPIs.
As a Home Manager, you will receive:
- A comparative salary of up to £50,000 and a bonus scheme up to £15,000 (KPI Dependent)
- DBS paid by the company.
- NMC revalidation costs reimbursed.
- 22 days holiday, increasing by 1 per year until it reaches 25 (plus 8 bank holidays).

- Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting
- A at least of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
- NMC Pin is essential

- The ability to be organised and manage others.
