- Delivering a full range of international tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consultation and expert knowledge.
- Providing tax planning, and reviewing complex International US tax Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858s etc.
- Conduct GILTI calculations for foreign corporations, including Subpart F, E&P, section 987, and foreign tax credits calculations.
- Review and managing of the above listed forms and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
- Some specific specialties (master's degree/certification): CPA, CA or Enrolled Agent is required
- Minimum experience: 7+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience
- Valuable: Update team with tax law changes and implement new processes and strategies
