Join Our Team as an Office AssistantAre you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and efficiency? We're seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.*Responsibilities:*- Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stocking.- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- Support team members with various tasks as needed.*Qualifications:*- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.- Experience in an administrative role or office environment.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Its a big plus if you have a drivers licenseits a must that you can speak at least 60% EnglishIf you also can speak spanish, it would be great for you.
