Bank partners sepcialise in delivering top-tier, independent staffing and services to some of the largest trusts within the NHS. In close partnership with each trust, we seamlessly address staffing shortages across wards with efficiency and precision.As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in headhunting, attracting, and aligning suitable candidates with specific roles within our Trusts. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and nurturing relationships through a customer-centric approach, ensuring a streamlined process for both workers and clients. Collaborating closely with our On-Boarding team, you will facilitate the timely compliance of candidates, ensuring they are prepared to commence work seamlessly.In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates by addressing their queries promptly.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process for our healthcare workers, ensuring smooth operations from sourcing to placement.
  • Utilising diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Social Media, internal databases, headhunting, referrals, and campaigns to attract new candidates.
  • Conducting discussions with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications, aligning them with client requirements effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the bookings team to maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
