- Utilising diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Social Media, internal databases, headhunting, referrals, and campaigns to attract new candidates.
- Conducting discussions with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications, aligning them with client requirements effectively.
- Collaborating closely with the bookings team to maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
- Full extensive training provided by our team leaders to ensure full support and development whilst learning the role.
