Sous Chef - The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
  • Able to work with and alongside the Head Chef to follow guidance and inspire, motivate and develop the kitchen team
  • Have experience in working with fresh food, running busy operations and overseeing large teams
  • Ability to maintain quality and high standards across all areas of the kitchen
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
Our investment in your development.Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
