Role purpose:
  • As a Team Manager within our Autism and ADHD team at Devon County Council, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, resources, and relationships with key agencies to ensure timely and effective assessment, personalised support planning, and care management for adults of working age. You will working collaboratively with partner agencies, you will ensure compliance with legislation, national policies, and council protocols to deliver a service that meets quality standards while empowering individuals to lead and manage their support.
Main duties:

  • Provide supervision, learning, and development opportunities, ensuring access to professional supervision where required.
