- Provide ongoing assistance to customers and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with employees engaged in sales, inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Instruct staff on how to handle complicated customer inquiries
- Prepare for escalated customer queries by maintaining and updating product and service knowledge
- Record customer inquiries and responses in customer accounts
- Suggest and implement improvements on customer service processes as instructed
- Conflict Resolution-pleasantly handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts in a mutually satisfactory manner
- Communication-express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
- Customer service orientation-proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner to create the best possible experience by building relationships, understanding quality standards for service, and utilizing customer needs assessments
