The Inventory Control Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the dealership's vehicle inventory. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain precise inventory records, oversee inventory processes, and ensure that our stock levels meet customer demand.Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting pictures of vehicles
  • Stocking them into our internal systems
  • Social media posting
  • Working closely with the sales and service managers to facilitate inventory movement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the dealership’s inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of vehicles is available for sales and service departments.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of vehicles within the dealership.
  • Update inventory status, including new arrivals, sales, and transfers.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights to management.
  • Work closely with the sales, service, and finance departments to support inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management.
