- Manage the store's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the store management team to drive foot traffic and sales through effective in-store promotions and events.
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work closely with external agencies and Brands to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related.
- Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour.
