Senior Analyst – PricingWrocław, PolandIn this role you will be a part of the Wholesale Casualty pricing team, working regularly with underwriters in London and actuarial team members.We are seeking a high caliber, proactive, enthusiastic analyst with relevant experience to ensure continued profitable growth and developing talent to deliver the best for AXA XL’s customers.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?· Collaborating with the casualty actuaries to influence pricing decisions through individual account pricing analysis· Support strategic initiatives to improve the loss ratio· Leading the building and development of tools and dashboards, particularly within R Shiny· Adhoc projects to improve the quality of data that is used in pricing analysis· Support rating model updates and enhancements· Communications with underwriters in London on the analyses performed· Training and reviewing of work for more juniors members of the pricing team· Maintaining and streamlining existing pricing tasks· Presentation of results to stakeholdersQualificationsSHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:· Qualification level – A mathematical, scientific or economics-based degree· Relevant work experience in a statistical or analytical role· Progress towards actuarial accreditation, or prepared to start studying towards actuarial accreditation· Compelling technical skills, particularly in R, Excel, SQL, VBA etc.· Very good attention to details· Analytical skills and ability to manipulate or handle large datasets.· Ability to effectively articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and insightful way· Ability to manage workloads across different projects effectively· Proactive and seeks new opportunities to develop themselves· Fluent in EnglishFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
