Qualifications And Skills A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in site engineering Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles Proficiency in site planning and construction management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license Roles And Responsibilities Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards Supervising and coordinating construction activities, including the work of subcontractors and workers Keeping track of project progress and reporting to the project manager Analyzing construction plans and specifications to determine the required materials, equipment, and labor Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, such as daily activity reports, site diaries, and progress reports Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficient resource utilization Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met Troubleshooting and resolving construction issues in a timely manner Managing and maintaining construction equipment and machinery Ensuring adherence to quality standards and construction best practices
