Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive (paid and organic) digital content strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives across our owned social media channels based on consumer data insights.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with specific psychographics.
- Based on performance, proactively revise the strategy to ensure it fits business needs as well as achieve key internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Based on strategic content pillars, develop and execute SM content calendars, ensuring a consistent story flow of content across platforms.
- Create and develop diverse and engaging content across all SM channels.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Create content to engage users according to brand's objectives and content strategy.
- Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines.
- Closely work with other functions/departments (Campaigns/Creators/Shoptab/Categories and within marketing etc.) to support across their key trading periods, new brand launches etc. ensuring content supports key messages and marketing objectives.
- Closely work with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing content strategy while providing creative direction and input on visual elements.
- Closely work with counterparts (UG, GBM, agency) on full funnel paid social strategy and execution across campaigns that deliver positive ROI and above industry benchmark.
- Work closely with wide range of Tik Tok Shop creators to develop engaging content that supports and delivers on content strategy.
- Monitor content performance on weekly/monthly bases across key metrics (engagement, reach, views, saves, open, click through rates, CPMs, CPCs etc.) as well as overtime positive change in consumer behavior.
- Timely manage inbound community requests across platforms.
- Social Media guru: strategy planning, content creation/production and day to day content performance management, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Knowledge and experience in running paid social campaigns that deliver above average performance rates (content boosting, spark ads etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and take prompt/corrective actions that help improve content performance across social media channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Very organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work across various functions/departments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive go getter with energy and positive attitude who can adapt and work within constraints
