Senior Fund Operator - Big Name Private Equity

• Submit account opening and transaction applications in vendor platform for QDLP funds. Responsible for overseeing and reviewing (1st reviewer) vendor deliverables including but not limited to contract notes, NAV/unit and regulatory filing templates associated with funds reporting.
• Prepare the subscription/redemption forms used for placing order to master fund. Monitor and drive the open-ended fund monthly cycle to ensure operations meet the requirements of the fund contract.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and responsible for QDLP funds' tax filings.
• Provide oversight over cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, managing routine communication with fund administrator and custodian bank such as expense disbursement and booking.
• Assist with RMB funds' annual audit, coordinating with the fund administrator and external auditors.
• Act as preparer for treasury related operations, include but not limited to prepare payment instructions, open bank accounts, monthly accounts cash reconciliations etc. Communication with custodian bank for fund transfer for all RMB funds.
• Liaise with APAC Treasury function and ensure consistency of local practice.
• Manage the AP process for all RMB funds, include but not limited to vendor onboarding, invoice review and processing in internal systems.
• Prepare internal documentation for processes and procedures.

• Experience with open-ended fund (subscription/redemption) is a must
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in relevant area
• Able to use English as business language
• Experience with treasury management and custodian bank
• Proficient in fund TA and FA knowledge
• Pay attention to details, fast learner
