The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Product Designer to be part of our client's Click-to Message Ads Outcomes team within their Business Messaging Org. As a Product Designer on the monetization team, you can help build cutting-edge full-stack technologies that will transform the way people and businesses connect and communicate. You'll help develop industry-leading solutions that power next-generation, large-scale platforms and AI services to help connect billions of people around the world.Product Designers help creatively solve big, complicated, real-world problems. Our client utilizes a full range of product design skills to contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams. Join a diverse group of thinkers and do some of the most meaningful work of your career.You'll be working on: * Defining product direction and finding new ways to grow a portfolio of valuable messaging products.

Building consumer experiences and easy-to-use business tools to unlock business messaging revenue by driving new large advertisers to adopt Click-to-messaging ads at scale.
Helping to further drive monetization for the company within the messaging experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for 2 billion plus users
Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of company products
Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise the bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship
Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Your Background

7+ years of end to end Product thinking experience - able to go through the user journey
Strong mobile experience - comfortable working with mobile devices and designing in that format
Experience working on both desktop and mobile products
Previous experience with big tech companies in a similar Product Designer role
Experience working with consumer facing products (B2B / B2C)
Experience in stakeholder management - able to collaborate with XFN and other partners
Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration
Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities
