Role Identifying Automation Potential: Actively seek out and identify repetitive tasks and processes within the company that are ripe for automation. Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes across various IT Fieldservice domains. Designing Automation Flows: Define and design efficient flows for automation, aligning them with business objectives and IT infrastructure. Guiding Development: Collaborate with Automation Experts to guide the development of automation flows based on identified needs. Testing and Validation: Test and validate the developed automation flows to ensure they function as intended and bring value to the business. Documentation and Handover: Prepare comprehensive documentation for the automated processes and hand them over to the users, ensuring they understand the new workflows. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and stay updated with the latest trends in business process analysis and automation. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Process Analyst. Solid technical knowledge of the Power Automate platform. Ability to quickly understand and immerse in various fields and processes. Skilled in testing automated processes to ensure they meet the required standards.
