Based at our Stoke Poges headquarters you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding IT services and operations in the face of disruptions or disasters.What will your day look like?
  • Develop and implement IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct business impact analysis to identify critical IT systems and operations.
  • Coordinate with various teams to develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
  • Conduct regular tests and drills to ensure the effectiveness of the IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide training and awareness to all staff about IT business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with business continuity owners across the business and ensure an appropriate level of alignment and coordination
What do you need to be great at this role?
  • As a dynamic IT Disaster and Recovery Business Continuity Manager you will have:
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining successful business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
  • Proven experience in IT business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage during a crisis

  • Annual leave of 27 days per annum.
