You’re the hygiene guru, mastering all local health & safety regulations and ensuring we’re HACCP-compliant at every turn. ✔️
Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mama’s dishes deserve it! ️
Control costs like a pro and manage payroll efficiently to keep things smooth and flexible.
Take charge of stewarding operations, from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house, all while providing friendly and professional service.
Be hands-on during busy times, assisting your team and leading by example.
Stay on top of inventories, managing all equipment and supplies so everything’s ready when it’s needed. ✅
Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams, making sure clean and dry equipment is always available. ‍
Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure we’re always in tip-top shape. ‍‍♂️
Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
Lead your team with training, feedback, and mentorship, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive.
