- Encourage and support students in developing their artistic skills, creativity, and self-expression.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to explore and appreciate art.
- Plan and deliver engaging and innovative art lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and activities.
- Contribute to the overall development of the art department.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have previous experience delivering Art to KS3 and KS4
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Be committed to safeguarding, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
