Financial ControllerJoin a new hotel that is opening in the heart of Cork City. Our client is seeking a Financial Controller on a permanent basis to join their pre-opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional that is looking to develop their career. This is a hands on role with one direct report working closely with the management team.Responsibilities:· You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations in the hotel.· Ensure timely financial reporting is achieved .· Report into the General Manager and business partner across the various functions within the hotel.· You will be responsible for overseeing month end / quarter end close.· Ensuring the highest standards of financial accuracy and integrity are implemented.· Supervising and training team members within the finance team.Requirements:· You will be a fully Qualified Accountant, ideally with 3 years PQE experience.· You will have experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role.· You will have strong Excel skills, Sage Line 50 experience is an advantage· You will have strong communication skills and be detail orientated with the ability to work to deadlines· You will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in coaching / training team members in advantage· Hotel experience at pre-opening stage is an advantageApply Now!#CplCorkFin#LI-MB3
