The ideal Client Relationship Officer should engage with customers, be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints;
Operate with Customer Relationship Management and the other software (Intercom, Jira);
Hold product demonstrations for customers;
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
Respond and quickly to customer inquiries (live chat);
Communicate with customers through various channels (Intercom/Telegram/Facebook/Slack, etc.);
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
High education degree;
English level –Advanced (B2, C1);
Experience working in customer support/client relations;
Work experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social platforms (Intercom,Telegram, Slack);
Highly organized and able to multi-task;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
High computer literacy;
Availability of a PC (MacOS, Windows).
