- Troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise post implementation. Serves as escalation point for complex customer issues. Extensive communication with the customer collecting information, providing status updates, and delivering resolution.
- Manages upgrades of additional functionality.
- Prioritizes issues and projects for entire team.
- Suggests product improvement based on customer feedback.
- Identifies client training opportunities and software sales opportunities. Also, drives new service sales opportunities.
- Team lead responsibilities include training and mentoring, performance evaluation and goal setting, project management, staffing, etc.
- Assists HR in acquiring and training new resources.
