In this role, you will ensure the secure operation of the in-house computer systems, servers, and network connections.This includes checking server and firewall logs, scrutinising network traffic, establishing and updating virus scans, and troubleshooting.You will also lead the analysis and resolve complex security breaches, including vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion and conduct user activity audits where required.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?You will bring:
  • Good understating of security operations and incident response
  • Good knowledge Microsoft SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability management
  • Understanding of networking foundations and security protocols
  • Understanding of cybersecurity framework, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MITRE ATT&ACK
  • Familiarity with Linux, Mac OS/X and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with development of automation and SOAR capability
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
