Planned works (Externals)We are currently working with a social housing contractor who are based in the Liverpool. Due to an increased workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to work across the Liverpool areas.This contract is working on a planned works scheme. (external works) You will be working with an in-house team and a contractor, ensuring that the programmes and budgets are delivered on time and to a high quality.You will be asked to have a proactive role in management of onsite safety, project progress deadlines, budgets and working with some subcontractors. You must have good communicational skills and be able to develop first-class client relationships. In addition, successful candidates will have:
  • SMSTS is desirable.
  • CSCS
  • Previous experience of working within social housing
Roles and responsibilities will include…
  • Attending site progress meetings
  • Liaising with clients and their representative
  • Ensure all works are signed off by the client.
  • Ensure effective Health andamp; Safety
  • Produce method statements and risk assessment.
  • On time, in budget, snag free delivery.
  • Produce QA reports on final completion alongside Health and Safety File.
  • Management of 30+ in house trades people.
