For our business partner, one of the world’s largest producers of bricks, clay blocks, and clay roof tiles, we are actively looking for a Product Manager to join the Wall Solutions Division, willing to contribute to the company’s vision and success.In this role, you can leave your mark by being involved in the development of new and innovative solutions for now and for future generations. Passion for developing new sustainable and nature-friendly products that harmonize with the other products in the portfolio is essential.The Ideal Candidate should have:

Technical university studies (Construction University is an advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the design of civil constructions;
Relevant experience in the execution of civil constructions is an advantage;
Very good Autocad skills. Knowledge of another CAD program is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of English - advanced level (writing/reading);
Clean driving license cat B;
Availability to travel in the country and abroad;

Job Description:

Involvement in establishing company strategy regarding product quality, standards, and specifications;
Overseeing the product development process from concept to finished products
Development of product portfolio by conducting suppliers' new products research, complex analysis of new product opportunities for new segments;
Ensuring compliance with all the standards, rules, and regulations from the field;
Monitoring the competition's products and the latest trends in construction;
Proposing new innovative products, concepts, actions, and business growth opportunities based on market data analysis, trends, and perspectives;
Providing specialized technical advice to internal and external customers;
Carrying out trial programs and laboratory tests, obtaining technical approvals, etc.;
Monitoring the quality of the products after sale based on the complaints received from the beneficiaries;
Prepare the technical-commercial documentation related to the product (eg: product brochures, sketches, and assembly plans);
Delivering technical presentations and product training to internal and external stakeholders (sales team, architects, designers, builders, distributors);
Participate in fairs and exhibitions.
