Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai, we also run social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.

  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis to identify corporate training & development needs, and design related training programs to cope with markets demand
  • Understand corporate customer requirement and design training program accordingly
  • Prepare and update teaching materials to enhance customer learning experience
  • Manage and support the programs and activities, designing and delivering training programs, providing logistic support for training programs
  • Deliver training through various ways, including but not limited to online and face-to-face classroom training, workshop and seminar etc.
  • Work closely with the sales team to participate in design and implementation of corporate training program / self-financed training Courses
  • Working hour: Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm, any 5 or 5.5 days per alternate week (40 or 44 working hours per alternate week), on roster basis
  • Working location: Choi Wan
  • Occasional travel to other centers and training venue / camp site is required
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management / Psychology/ Business Administration/ Social work or related discipline
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience on training design and delivery, especially on Customer Service, Communication, Personality, Team-building (indoor/outdoor adventure based), Management and other employee related topics
  • Holder of Professional Training Qualifications will be advantage
  • Proactive, innovative and strong marketing sense in the field of training
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good facilitation, presentation and project management skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open-minded, flexible and willing to learn
