Performs root-cause analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations. Work with business and development team to ensure traceability process is adequate. Work with engineering team on test planning documentation. Raise of all issues found during testing and to work with the Development and Integration Teams to track those issues until resolution.
