We are looking for a modern designer, passionate about building unique products collaboratively and participating actively in all phases, from discovery to delivery to ideation.The UX/UI Product Designer is expected to be deeply customer-oriented and understand the value our Crisalix products are bringing to those customers.At Crisalix, we believe that consistent innovation is achieved when every member of the product team contributes their passion and ideas to solve our customers’ problems. As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will need to work closely with teams of Engineers working on different technologies and with one or more Product Managers to discover effective solutions and bring them to market successfully.ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the UX/UI Product Designer at Crisalix are divided in 2 areas:Designing a holistic User Experience (UX) for our Customers.Use design thinking techniques and user-centred design principles to create and iterate on design solutions that meet our customers’ needsConduct user research to understand in depth our customers’ needs, behaviours and pain points (i.e. customer interviews, usability & prototyping sessions)Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and brainstorm solutions that fit those needs2.
