- Take telephone calls. Pass on calls to the desired interlocutors. Take messages
- Enter and lay out documents. Forward and file documents
- Welcome people and identify their demands
- Make travel arrangements for responsible person/teammembers
- Register, sort and stamp correspondence
- Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
- Receive and guide customers, suppliers and visitors. Take messages and make appointments
- Follow-up and update schematic plans, result tables...
- Prepare and follow-up (update, close...) professional files (customer files, accounts receivable...)
- Code, file and archive documents
- Copy documents
- Follow-up and check execution of maintenance contracts
- Create administrative dossiers. Check data, updates, returns to sender or reminders
