- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth plans. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define business objectives and develop long-term financial plans.
- Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and mitigation processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work with private equity partners to meet their reporting requirements and support their investment strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with private equity-backed companies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
