- Supporting customers with HR and Finance queries utilising end-to-end case management
- Providing high-quality administration support and reporting for our customers and the business
- Keeping up to date with policy changes and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services colleagues and other Deloitte teams
- Effectively delivering cross team collaboration in order to produce a seamless customer experience
- Escalating complex queries in a timely and efficient manner, taking accountability for updating our customer base with progress and appropriate resolution
- Be a champion for service improvement, high-quality service delivery, and sharing best practice
- Ability to multitask across multiple channels including phone, webchat and email effectively
