Human Resource Supervisor (gn)

• Act on behalf of the HR Manager for the fulfillment of HR tasks, such as assistance and support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide direct supervision of Human Resources activities in the absence of the Human Resource Manager
• Administer the recruitment process, e.g. inviting applicants to initial interviews and endorsement of qualified applicants to the department
• Monitor the appraisal/evaluation of employees’ work results, and/or oversee the annual employee-review process
• Prepare employment contracts for casual, probationary and regular employees

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar field of studies
• Professional experience as Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Manager Recruiter or similar position
• Good knowledge in labor laws, rules and regulations in the Philippines
• Skills in Microsoft-Office and HR software programs; SAP knowledge a plus
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
