- Provide project management support and technical expertise to advance the E-commerce Roadmap and Policy initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Review project deliverables, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with set objectives.
- Manage the implementation of Roadmap Initiatives, monitoring KPIs, budget, and preparing internal reports.
- Contribute to the development of e-commerce policies and procedures to enhance regulatory frameworks.Trademark Certification Management & Operations:
- Support the Ministry's Project Manager in managing Trademark Certification operations.
- Define project scope and KPIs, ensuring quality assurance in the project processes.
- Develop benchmarking case studies and statistical outlooks on e-commerce certifications.
- Engage with external stakeholders, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities.Regional & International E-commerce Development:
- Bring subject matter expertise to discussions on bilateral agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with external stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
- Develop internal reports and recommendations to align future initiatives with regional and international trends.Statistical Research & Data Outlooks of E-commerce:
- Utilize subject matter expertise to analyze e-commerce data and trends effectively.
- Develop and update reports such as the Digital Payment Report and E-commerce maturity whitepapers.
- Manage outreach to SMEs for surveys and data gathering, analyzing the data for valuable insights.Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Statistics or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in e-commerce or digital economy development.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce policies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Arabic Speakers will be given preference over Non-native Arabic Speakers
