The Restaurant Manager will ensure food safety and sanitation, will observe food and beverage quality and execution, and will perform Quarterly Food Reviews. His lifelong dream was to work as a chef or in a restaurant. After graduating with a degree in Restaurant Management, he began his managing career during the brew pub boom of the early 2000s in a full-service brew pub restaurant and lounge. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the corporate beverage manager of the company’s two locations.From there, he moved on to be the lead hospitality and beverage manager of the newly built local casino where he thrived in the high pace environment, focused on training and service. Nathan then took his expertise to Philadelphia to assist in the opening of their new casino on the waterfront where he utilized the great experience of the Sands Casino opening to help guide the team to a successful opening and first year.Finally, Nathan relocated back to the Lehigh Valley to be closer to family and work for one of the upcoming (to the area) casual sports bar restaurants where he spent the next almost 10 years opening new locations, becoming a corporate training store on 3 separate occasions, and running a top store in the company.Nathan is looking forward to using his ability to build trusting relationships with his team and utilizing the knowledge and experience he has gathered throughout his 21 years in the hospitality business to become a successful recruiter.
